Well in this new video I prove why low calorie diets with infrequent eating periods mess up your metabolism and ultimately hinder your weight loss. Just because you lose weight doesn’t mean its fat, remember that. However for those that are fasting (for religious reasons) here is a guideline for what you should do to effective lose FAT and keep your muscle.

2nd Meal
125g of protein
25g of carbs
50g of fat

Multiply the guy meals by 75% of in other words
1st Meal
75g of protein
37.5g carbs
19g of fat
2nd Meal
95g of protein
19g of carbs
37.5 of fat
